The clinic direct bills most major insurance providers, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross and Desjardins. Contact them before the visit and they will confirm coverage in advance so there are no surprises.

The clinic is multidisciplinary, with registered massage therapists, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, shockwave therapy and custom orthotics available alongside chiropractic. Treatments can be combined into one integrated care plan tailored to the condition.

Paid underground parking and metered parking are available nearby, and free street parking is available on weekdays after 6 PM and on weekends. The clinic also has direct underground access to the Sheppard-Yonge subway station.
