How does the training method work?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Workouts use a red and green light interval system where green means go and red means switch, with work bouts of 20, 30 and 50 seconds. Every member starts with a 1-on-1 assessment so the circuit is scaled to their level, and a coach is on the floor every session.
