Programs start at age 4 with Kinder Karate, continue through kids groups for ages 7 to 12, and include youth and adult classes for 13 and up. Para karate groups welcome participants with disabilities.

Classes run at two venues: Herbert H. Carnegie Centennial Centre at 580 Finch Ave West and Earl Bales Community Centre at 4169 Bathurst St. Check the schedule for which group meets where.

The core is traditional Okinawan karatedo and kobudo weapons, plus sport karate. Newer programs add self-defense based on Kali, Silat and Krav Maga, and Praying Mantis kungfu.
