The clinic prefers referrals by fax or email and provides referral forms for ophthalmologists and optometrists on its website. Clinic hours are by appointment only, so a referral or prior contact is the way in.

Your eyes are dilated and pre-testing is completed before one of the physicians examines you. Dilation can last up to 4 hours, and a report of your visit goes to your referring doctor and your circle of care.

Calls are answered Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. You can also reach the reception team by email for non-urgent matters.
