Laser procedures happen at West Coast Glaucoma, while other surgeries take place at the VHHSC/UBC Eye Care Centre surgical suite at 2550 Willow Street. You must arrive ninety minutes before your scheduled surgery and have someone arranged to escort you home, with no exceptions.

The office is at 943 West Broadway, Suite 950, on the 99 B-Line route at Broadway and Oak, four blocks west of the Broadway City Hall SkyTrain station. Paid parking under the building runs seven dollars an hour through the HangTag app, with more parking nearby at Scotiabank and on side streets.
