Toronto Community Acupuncture (ToCA)

New patients start with a video or phone intake before any treatment, booked by email or text. After that intake you book acupuncture visits through their online calendar, with short-notice slots sometimes open for acute needs.

Community treatments run on a sliding scale of $30 to $65, so you choose what fits your budget. The shared group setting is what keeps the price low.

Wear loose clothing that rolls up to your elbows and knees, since needles go in the arms, legs, hands, and feet, with no undressing in the shared room. You rest in a reclining chair for about 25 to 35 minutes while the group treatment runs.

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and if you will be more than 10 minutes late, text the clinic right away. Late arrivals may lose the slot and face a missed-appointment fee.
