Still Light Centre

It is a Thai Yoga Massage school founded by Shai Plonski, teaching since 2002, with courses for working professionals and for couples. The training covers a proven mat or table system taught to more than 5,000 students.

Courses are offered online or in person, including certification courses held across North America and on retreat. The site also offers a free introductory shoulder and neck massage course.

Its courses carry continuing-education accreditation with NCBTMB, CMTO, Yoga Alliance, and NHPCanada, and it is an accredited vocational school with the province of Ontario. That matters if you need credits toward professional licensing.
