Booking ahead is the norm, and you can request appointments online through the salon's website. If you are running late or need multiple services, call the front desk so they can fit everything into your visit properly.

New colour clients, colour changes, and colour corrections all require a complimentary consultation before the appointment is booked, in person or by phone. The salon also recommends booking a blow dry after colour services so you see the full result.

They ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes, otherwise a 50 percent charge may apply to the card on file or your next visit. You get an email confirmation a week before and a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
