Paragon Tea Room

Paragon Tea Room is a Cambie Village tea cafe that pairs modern technology with traditional tea culture, built around stone-milled Japanese matcha and hojicha. Its previous location closed in February 2025 for redevelopment, and the new permanent flagship at 3432 Cambie Street soft-opened on January 16, 2026 under a 10-year lease.

The menu centers on tea'spresso mistos such as mango hojicha oat misto and Vancouver Fog, plus plant-based bubble tea available after 12:00 PM daily. It also sells stone-milled Japanese tea powders, including hojicha and ceremonial matcha, along with tea discovery sets.

The tea room returned to Cambie Village in January 2026 with a permanent flagship at 3432 Cambie Street, signed to a 10-year lease. Its recent menu additions include mango hojicha oat misto and tea-infused mochi bubble waffles.
