The clinic works on an open-access referral model, so a physician sends the referral directly and the clinic schedules the procedure. Referrals usually turn into a booking within days and no more than two weeks out.

An appointment is required, and the clinic runs Monday to Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Community anesthesiologists support the procedures to keep patients comfortable throughout.

The clinic also provides gastroscopy, urea breath testing, lactose intolerance testing, stool testing, and SIBO testing. It operates as an accredited Independent Health Facility under Ontario's out-of-hospital premises standards.
