Monday hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday are closed.

The building is wheelchair accessible with barrier-free washrooms, and it has a games room on the penthouse level. Tenants can join a volunteer-run security check program and an active Tenants Association, plus activities at Nisbet Lodge and Calvary Church.
