Answers about Mathnasium

Does my child need an assessment before starting tutoring?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Yes, new students begin with a free skills assessment that maps strengths and gaps. The results shape a personalized learning plan used in every session.
Can sessions happen online, or only at the centre?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Both formats are available through the same program at the Pleasant View centre. That flexibility helps when school schedules or travel get in the way of in-person visits.
Is this only for kids who are struggling with math?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]No, the program serves students at every level, from catching up to getting ahead. Tutors also help with school homework so sessions stay relevant to classwork.
