The clinic's requisition form is built around referring physicians, who fax it in with clinical details. Patients generally arrive via a doctor's referral rather than self-booking.

Bring your health card and all your medications, and wear comfortable clothing if an exercise test is planned. Eat only a light meal within two hours of the test and skip caffeine for 24 hours before a nuclear study.

The clinic offers cardiology consultations, ECGs, Holter monitoring from 24 hours up to 14 days, stress echocardiography, and nuclear studies including myocardial perfusion imaging. Pacemaker clinic follow-ups are also listed.

Some services, such as treadmill-based myocardial perfusion imaging, are marked as charged to the patient on the requisition form. Ask the clinic or your referring doctor which parts of your workup may carry a fee.
