The ice cream is made French-style from a creme anglaise custard base with minimal aeration, which gives it a dense and rich texture. Vegan options built on coconut or cashew milk capture the same creaminess.

Take-home ice cream comes in reusable 500 mL milk glass jars or 946 mL paper quarts. Returning clean jars earns a small refund for reuse.

The shop also makes pastries and confections in-house, including madeleines, meringue kisses, and butter sables. Seasonal flavors rotate through the menu.
