A doctor's referral is required for most services like X-ray, ultrasound and bone density testing, so bring the requisition your doctor gives you. The Ontario Breast Screening Program is the exception: women 40 and older can book a mammogram by phone with no referral.

Visits run off scheduled appointments tied to referrals rather than true walk-ins. Calling ahead is the reliable move, and the clinic is open Saturdays for people who cannot come on a weekday.

Most services at the clinic are covered by OHIP. Bring your health card and your requisition to the appointment.

Saturday hours run 9 am to 3 pm, which is the only option outside the weekday 8 to 4 window. Evenings are not available, so plan around that if you work weekdays.
