Fluffy Kittens Ice Cream Parlour

Fluffy Kittens was an artisanal ice cream parlour planned for 611 Gore Ave at the edge of Chinatown in Vancouver. The shop was announced in 2017 as part of three new businesses opening in the building at Gore and Keefer. The two neighboring spaces were slated to become another Bioethique spa location and an organic cafe.

The shop was opened by Claudine Michaud and her husband Kieren Beattie. Michaud also owns the Bioethique Spa in Kitsilano. The building's three storefronts had been dormant for years before the trio of businesses was announced.
