F45 runs 45-minute team training sessions mixing cardio, resistance, and hybrid workouts, with thousands of movements in rotation so no two classes feel the same. F45TV screens guide you through each exercise in real time.

The studio advertises a 7-day trial for 7 dollars for newcomers. Booking a class gets you into the trial.

The studio says its workouts are designed to be accessible at every level and that newcomers are welcomed into a supportive, high-energy community. Certified trainers guide your form from your first class.

The studio says members may be able to get a quick, non-invasive InBody scan before their first class to set a fitness baseline. It is available at select studios.
