No referral is required to book an appointment. Some insurance plans ask for one before they reimburse, so check your own plan.

They require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. That gives the clinic time to offer the slot to another patient.

Appointments can be booked through the online system or by phone. The clinic is open to the public five days a week.

Fees including tax are $95 for 45 minutes, $120 for an hour, $140 for 75 minutes and $170 for 90 minutes. Tipping is not accepted, since RMTs are regulated health professionals.
