Three meals plus an evening snack, daily housekeeping, laundry supplies and toiletries, local telephone use, and 24-hour on-site staffing are included. Medication monitoring and recreational materials are also part of the arrangement.

The home houses both men and women across three attached three-storey buildings near Jarvis and Carlton. Rooms are a mix of singles and shared doubles, each with its own washroom.
