New patients can print the medical form from the website and bring it completed to the first appointment. All information is kept strictly confidential.

Appointments must be cancelled with at least two business days notice or a fee applies. The fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid before rebooking.

Emergency care is listed among the clinic services alongside cleanings, exams, and general and cosmetic dentistry. Call the office directly to arrange urgent treatment.

The office sits in the TD North Tower at the concourse level in the Financial District. Parking is available in the building, and the closest subway stop is St. Andrew.
