Answers about Commit Autobody

Do they handle insurance claims, or is everything out of pocket?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]They are an ICBC Express Valet shop and deal directly with insurers on estimates and claim approvals. Free estimates are available for out-of-pocket work too.
Will I get a replacement vehicle while mine is in the shop?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Yes, they offer courtesy cars. People who had two ICBC claims repaired there mention being given similar vehicles to their own and getting regular updates.
Do I need an appointment before bringing my car in?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Calling ahead is smart since they are a small shop with a tight schedule. One walk-in asking about a scratch repair was told to come back in a few days.
