Answers about CLEAN PROPER INC.
LAST VERIFIED OCT 6, 2026
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]The company aims to send the same trusted cleaner or small team each time so they learn your home, though it is not guaranteed every visit. Notes are kept on your home's quirks so you never explain the basics twice.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]No, the team arrives fully equipped with eco-certified, non-toxic products and professional vacuums. You can ask them to use your own products if you prefer.
How do the recurring cleaning plans work?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Plans run weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly with reminders before each visit and easy rescheduling. Recurring visits cost less than one-off cleans.
Is the company insured?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Yes, Clean Proper carries two million dollars in liability insurance and its cleaners are background-checked and trained. Commercial cleaning is still being built out, so request a quote for office work.
