Church Wellness Centre

The clinic books appointments by phone, so calling ahead is how you lock in a time. Same-day openings turn up when pain flares, so it is worth asking when you call.

The clinic offers registered massage therapy and keeps registered acupuncturists and osteopaths on staff. Treatment from registered providers is typically what extended health plans reimburse, so ask about receipts when you book.

Tuina is the clinic's core offering, aimed at low back, shoulder, and neck pain plus headaches and limb discomfort. Sessions blend hands-on Chinese massage technique with acupuncture and osteopathy for pain relief.

Downtown parking is limited and paid, with Green P lots nearby. Most clients arrive by TTC or on foot, so transit is the simpler bet.
