Do I need an appointment to bring my pet in, or can I just walk in?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Appointments are the normal way in, and the clinic keeps evening hours until 7pm on weekdays for booked visits. For urgent or new situations it is best to call ahead so the team can set aside a time slot.
What do I do if my pet needs help when the clinic is closed?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]The clinic closes at 7pm on weekdays and is closed Sundays, and its site points after-hours emergencies to Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital on Rolark Drive. That emergency hospital runs around the clock every day.
Does the clinic board pets?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Yes, boarding is offered alongside medical care, and a boarding form is available right on the clinic's website. Drop-off and pickup happen within regular clinic hours.
