Alair Homes Forest Hill

The company handles custom home builds, major home additions and whole-home renovations, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling and basement work. It uses a construction management system with open budgets and a client web portal for tracking schedule and costs.

Start by calling to describe your project and request a consultation, which leads to a site visit and a transparent budget and timeline proposal. The team is upfront about realistic costs before any work begins.

Yes, the business formerly operated as Black General Contracting before joining the Alair Homes network as its Forest Hill Toronto office. Reviews and project history from the Black GC era carry over to the same team.
