Bela Construction Ltd

They specialize in custom single-family homes and also take on renovations, with more than 250 completed projects across Vancouver. Call with your address and a description of the work to find out whether your project fits their schedule.

They keep full-time carpenters, painters and labourers on staff and do their own framing, painting, interior finishing and concrete formwork. Fewer outside trades means tighter control over schedule and finish quality.

They are licensed with the Home Protection Office and registered with WorkSafeBC. You can confirm current licensing with those bodies directly before signing a contract.

With over 38 years of experience, they have built everything from modest laneway houses to 16,000-square-foot Shaughnessy mansions. Their work has won multiple awards at Vancouver's annual Georgie Awards.
