Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Walk in during store hours to browse the herbal shop and products. A consultation clinic sits across the hall if you want advice on what to buy.
What should I prepare before visiting?
[ VERIFIED · OCT 2026 ]Bring a list of the products you want, a photo of the packaging, or a note about what you need help with. Knowing your item in advance smooths out the visit.
