Barnburner Hockey Academy

Barnburner is a hockey training facility at 103 Orfus Road, Unit 1 in North York, built around technology-driven skill development. It uses side-by-side European skating treadmills with AI video feedback, synthetic ice shooting lanes and a dryland gym to train players of all ages.

The academy runs a summer hockey skills camp for ages 6 to 16, priced around 650 dollars, along with drop-in shooting and treadmill sessions. Small coach-to-player ratios mean players get individual feedback on skating mechanics and puck skills.

Sessions are booked through the academy's website, and you can also call (416) 785-1545 or email info@barnburneracademy.com to get started. The facility sits close to its parking lot, so players can get onto the equipment quickly.
