A referral is required: the rapid access clinic asks patients to have their doctor fax a consultation request form, and no appointment is needed once the referral is in. Patients can typically be seen as soon as the next business day.

The rapid access clinic runs weekday mornings from 8 to 11 AM and handles urgent cases without a booked appointment, once a referral is on file. All consultations are with Royal College certified dermatologists.

Parking near the Distillery District location is limited, with only a few street spots that fill early in the morning. Arriving before the morning rush improves the odds of parking close by.
