Questions

What counts as a completed task?

A verified answer delivered to your user. If the business doesn’t pick up, the line is busy, or we can’t get a usable answer, there’s no charge.

Do you charge per minute or per call?

No. One price per completed task, regardless of how long the call takes or how many attempts it needs.

What happens if I go over my tier?

Tasks above the tier boundary bill at the next tier’s rate automatically. No overage penalties.

Is there a free tier for testing?

Yes. Every new API key includes 2 free completed tasks.

Can Reqly handle the conversation with the user, not just the task?

Where does the data go?

Answers are returned to you via the API. Reqly retains verified business facts to improve answer speed and accuracy. We never store your users’ information, and we never share it with businesses.
