information when you use our Service. The Service is available only to users located in the United
States and Canada and requires a valid U.S. or Canadian phone number. By using Reqly, you agree to the
collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

Information You Provide
- Account Information: First name, last name, email address, and phone number
- Communications: Messages you send to businesses and content you create
- Job Screening Materials: Resumes or other documents candidates upload as part of a
screening initiated by an employer
- Support: Information you provide when contacting customer support
Information Automatically Collected
- Usage Data: How you interact with our Service
- Call Data: Recordings and transcripts of calls placed on your behalf, where
permitted by applicable law
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Browser Extension Usage: When you use our Chrome Extension, we may access necessary
data on specific websites (such as Google Maps or other 3rd party local business search websites)
solely to display the "Talk to Us" button and facilitate your request. We do not browse or collect
data from your other tabs or browsing history.
Analytics & Diagnostics
- Product Analytics: We use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to understand how
the Service is used and to improve it. PostHog may collect usage events, screen views, device type,
and operating system. Data is processed on servers in the United States.
- Crash Reporting: We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix app errors. Crash
reports may include device state, stack traces, and app version.
- Device Identifier: We generate a random device identifier stored on your device to
associate analytics events with a single installation.
Location Data
When you search for nearby businesses, we request your device location with your permission. Location
coordinates are sent to our servers solely to return relevant search results and are not stored beyond
the request.
Information We DO NOT Collect
- Advertising Tracking: We do not use advertising trackers or sell user data
- Browsing History: We do not access or collect your browsing history outside of our
Service
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process your communications with businesses
- Facilitate screening calls and collect candidate materials on behalf of employers
- Share your application materials (including uploaded resumes) with the employer who
posted the job you applied to
- Improve our AI technology and Service quality
- Analyze anonymized call recordings and transcripts to improve our AI systems
- Send service-related communications
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect against fraud and abuse
4. Information Sharing
We NEVER Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate
the Service.
Limited Exceptions
We may share information only:
- With your explicit consent
- With trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting, telephony, or AI infrastructure providers)
that process data on our behalf solely to operate the Service. These partners are bound by strict
confidentiality and security obligations
- With employers who initiated the screening you participated in, including your
application information and any uploaded documents (such as resumes)
- To comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, or court orders
- To protect rights, safety, or property of Reqly or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We implement industry-standard security
measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and strict
access controls.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and
transcripts, where collected, are retained to improve our AI systems and may be anonymized for
long-term use. Uploaded resumes, job application data, and all associated artifacts are automatically
deleted 30 days after the position is filled or closed, unless you request earlier deletion.
When you delete a conversation, all messages and any associated request data derived from that
conversation are permanently deleted from our servers. You may request full account deletion by
contacting support@reqly.ai, and we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise these

8. Privacy Rights by Region
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete your data, and the
right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. We do not sell your personal data.
Canadian Residents
