Tinnel's does catering and box orders for groups. Order cocktail-size patties ahead of time since they are baked to order.

Patties are not always labeled by heat level, so customers have ended up with the wrong one. Ask the staff to confirm which is spicy when you place your order.

Weekday lunchtimes are calmer and orders come out quickly. Saturday afternoons get crowded, which is when order mix-ups are most likely.
