Johnny's Pops

It is a mobile popsicle vendor selling handmade artisan pops from a bright red freezer mounted on a custom bicycle. The cart roams Vancouver streets, farmers markets and local events.

Flavors range from London Fog and Vietnamese coffee to avocado lime, mango yogurt strawberry and strawberry balsamic basil. Many ingredients come from BC farms, with fresh-squeezed limes across the board.

The cart is often parked outside Science World near Olympic Village in the late afternoon, plus festivals and events around the city. Their website posts the current pop-up locations.
