Casa Paco is set-menu only. The 16-seat dining room serves a five-course blind tasting menu for 155 dollars per person Thursday through Saturday from 6:00 PM, the bar room serves a three-course menu for 120 dollars per person Thursday through Saturday from 6:00 PM, and Sundays feature a three-course paella menu for 120 dollars per person from 3:00 PM. Reservations are required for all three.

The restaurant is not fully accessible: there are two steps up to the front door and the washrooms are downstairs. Underground Green P parking is available at 74 Clinton Street and there is a street-level Green P lot behind St. Francis Elementary School, both accessed from the west side of Clinton Street just north of the restaurant.
